Wescom Credit Union officials claim that they verify all new accounts with ChexSystems however we hear otherwise. Looking for Wescom credit union use chexsystems?Several people who have negative ChexSystems reports and were unable to open an account elsewhere found success when trying to open a savings account or a direct-deposit checking account with Wescom. (The Tustin branch is reported to be strict, however.) With a savings account you can use services such as PayPal which use EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and ACH (Automated Clearing House) transactions. As a credit union, membership is limited to residence in Los Angeles, Orange, or San Bernadino counties and to employees and their families of any of these employers. See our Credit Union tips for more information. Deposits and withdrawals can be made at any Credit Union Service Center location across the country. Let us know whether or not Wescom was able to accomodate you.

In downtown San Bernardino is reportedly a renegade branch of Washington Mutual where our tipster says they are overriding ChexSystems when an incident is more than a year old and you have a letter from the reporting bank or other proof that “all items owed have been paid.”

The ChexSystems provides deposit account verification services to its financial institution members to help them to identify checking account applicants that may have a history of poor account mishandling. Each item entered into the Chexsystems remains there for five years, unless the financial institution that filed the report requests its removal or Chexsystems becomes obligated to remove it under law. A negative chexsystems report can prevent you from opening up a checking or savings account in the United States.

According to the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act or (FACTA), you are entitled to a free copy of your ChexSystems consumer report, by request, once every 12-month period. See Free ChexSystems Report to find out more about the chexsystems report and how it affects whether or not you can get approved for a new checking account. You can also order your free chexsystems report and learn how to dispute any errors that may be listed on it.

How to dispute chexsystems Online?Ok, here some tips for you to implement in order to dispute chexsystems. All you need now is to list out everythings needed such as your social security number, driving license , all account holders’ name and do not forget on opening deposits if any.Ok now, we ready to go!

1-First of all Kept all your accounts positive (checking accounts and savings).Don’t
forget to settle all overdraft fees accordingly.

2-Make sure overdraft fees paid accordingly and most importantly you get release from the bank reported about you.In your chexsystems file include explanation into it by requesting your file report and then a writing note on dispute form available.Fax it or sent it through mail directly to chexsystems.

3-Don’t give up.Repeatedly try again and again.Did you know that bank and credit union managers have the option to override chexsystems by opening the account. However you need a strong reason.Ever heard about Chexsystems’ product called Audit Check?Audit check can track back all cases and eliminate/override customer negative report and allow a manager open the account. But it is still not a good practice since upper management not really agree with the method.

4-A lot of us know more than 80 percent banks and financial institutions apply chexsystems. So 20 percent bank do not use chexsystems.Popular one which people always talk about is Credit Union such as Pentagon Federal Credit Union and Navy Federal Credit Union. But still you have to show them your savings accounts. But this step 4 is the last one to use if step 1 to 3 did not works.

If you’re on chexsystems and have a report on your record that’s preventing you from opening a bank Account? This report can provide solutions and help. 1st) you should know that 80% of US banks belong to the chexsystems credit checking network. And if you have a negative report with chexsystems, you’re in their data base. And the chance of you opening a checking account at a bank or a credit union that works with them is almost zero.

The record will stat on your record for 5-years and it will show up at every bank that works with chexsyems. And when it does the bank will turn you down for a new checking account. There is hope, though. If you are diligent enough, you may just be able to find a non-chexsystems bank. Non-chexsystems banks are the minority in banking today. Chexsystems represents 80% of all US financial institutions and is growing like crazy. If you are lucky enough to find one of these rare banks, all that’s left is for them to allow you a bank account with a prepaid debit card. Non-chexsystems banks can be viewed as a fresh start for people who have, for whatever reason, made a financial error that left a stain on their credit report.

They are a place to rebuild your credit rating, as well as save you potentially thousands of dollars in interest fees and service charges that check cashing stores are famous for. Perhaps the best part about non-chexsystems banks is; they will issue you a prepaid debit card that card can be used to receive your paycheck by direct deposit. More and more employers are insisting that their employees to hand over their financial Information so that their payroll operations are more efficient. Not only that, but having a direct deposit account is a little extra insurance against ever misplacing a paycheck or losing cash. Another fantastic feature associated with non-chexsystems banks that issue prepaid debit cards is that you’ll easily be able to review your account balance and even pay all of your bills online. This convenient, safe and time saving feature makes handling your financial resources much easier.

It can be difficult to keep track of all the bills you need to pay and those you’ve already paid. With online banking, you can easily review all the transactions you’ve made through your account dating back to six months (sometimes longer) ago. With this financial information at your fingertips, you will also find it much easier to create and stick to a realistic budget. non chexsystems checking account All in all, it’s definitely worth your time to research non-chexsystems banks, as it will end up saving you a ton of time and money.

If you can find one, not only will you be able to re-establish your credit rating, you’ll be able to pay your bills easier and be better able to maintain a financially healthier budget. If you find a high quality company offering a prepaid MasterCard or Visa debit card don’t be put off by the fact that they may not offer actual paper and ink checks (some will… some won’t) they are a viable solution to check cashing stores and their high fees. Plus, the banking world is doing its best to take us all into “paperless banking” that works 100% by debit card and online transferring of money, this way you’ll already be in the main stream as it happens.
